Yard Ink 2025 Halloween Contest Official Rules
The Yard Ink 2025 Halloween Costume Contest (the "Contest") is open to those in our service area, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Each like, share, or comment on the official contest posts on Facebook will earn one (1) entry into the Contest.
All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on October 27, 2025.
The Contest begins on October 12, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 27, 2025.
One (1) winner will receive a Halloween-themed sign rental as is displayed at the bottom of this page on October 31, 2025.
The rental package must be used on October 31, 2025.
The winner of the Contest shall agree to all normal rental agreements that Yard Ink has established (which can be located here).
The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalent will be provided.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform through which they entered.
If the selected winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, another winner will be chosen at random.
The rental package will include delivery, set up, and pick-up of the sign rental, which will be arranged by Yard Ink and the winner. The service address must be within Yard Ink's service area (which can be found here).
The winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Yard Ink, which are final and binding in all respects.
Yard Ink reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant with these rules.
Yard Ink is not responsible for any technical failures or unauthorized human intervention that may impair the integrity of the proper functioning of the Contest.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Yard Ink and its affiliates from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
Personal information collected, which may contain full name, address, phone number, and email, from entrants will be used by Yard Ink for the purpose of administering the Contest and contacting the winner.

The contest and these Official Rules are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the state of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
By participating in the Contest, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Yard Ink, and you agree to accept them as final and binding.
